Lourdes started out in the seafood industry with geoduck farming, and realized that she could contribute her corporate background to the dynamic and ever-changing industry. She believes in the power of education, which has led her to creating and hosting The Business of Aquaculture Podcast, focused around UN Sustainable Development Goal #14.
